Jeremy A. Roth practices exclusively in the area of labor and employment law, representing retailers, hotels, and other management clients in state and federal courts and before various governmental agencies. He defends employers in all phases of litigation, up through and including trial by jury or bench, and has handled countless mediations and arbitrations. His experience includes:

• Wage and hour claims
• Class and collective action claims

Jeremy also dedicates a significant amount of his time to client counseling, advising clients on:

• Sexual harassment prevention
• Identification of potential workplace violence issues

Jeremy currently serves as Littler's co-president and managing director as well as a member of the firm's Board of Directors. Additionally, Jeremy has been quoted on employment law issues in a variety of legal and popular periodicals.
