With more than 20 years of experience practicing labor and employment law, Jennifer Robinson has been the lead defense attorney in nearly 40 wage and hour class and/or collective actions involving:  

  • Claims of misclassification
  • Overtime and minimum wage violations
  • Missed meal and rest breaks
  • California’s Private Attorney General Act (“PAGA”)

Jennifer counsels, trains, and conducts audits for clients to ensure compliance with federal and state wage and hour laws. In addition to her wage and hour practice, she defends employers in single and multi-plaintiff lawsuits involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and failure to accommodate. She works with a wide range of industries, including, but not limited to:

  • Food and beverage manufacturing and distribution
  • Healthcare
  • Financial institutions
  • Hospitality
  • Retail

Jennifer serves as the office managing shareholder for the Nashville office. Prior to joining Littler, Jennifer was a partner at a full-service firm in Nashville. She also worked as an attorney in San Francisco for nearly a decade.
