David A. Kadela represents management in all aspects of employment and labor law. He has extensive experience with litigation involving:

• Employment discrimination
• Wrongful discharge
• The Employee Retirement Income Security Act
• Wage and hour matters

He also assists employers with:

• Union representation
• Unfair labor practice cases
• Negotiating collective bargaining agreements
• Arbitrating grievances
• Managing election campaigns
• Through investigations by federal and state administrative agencies

Additionally, David counsels management on preventive labor relations measures and the formulation and administration of human resources policies and procedures.
