David A. Kadela represents management in all aspects of employment and labor law. He has extensive experience with litigation involving:
- Employment discrimination
- Wrongful discharge
- The Employee Retirement Income Security Act
- Wage and hour matters
He also assists employers with:
- Union representation
- Unfair labor practice cases
- Negotiating collective bargaining agreements
- Arbitrating grievances
- Managing election campaigns
- Through investigations by federal and state administrative agencies
Additionally, David counsels management on preventive labor relations measures and the formulation and administration of human resources policies and procedures. He also frequently makes presentations to and authors materials for business and professional groups on employment and labor related topics.
