Overview

Through her practice, Corinne T. Duffy counsels and represents employers in a variety of employment law matters, including, but not limited to claims arising under:

  • The Wisconsin Fair Employment Act
  • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act
  • The Family Medical Leave Act
  • The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
  • The Fair Labor Standards Act

Corinne has experience defending employers in state and federal courts, and with handling administrative charges before the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Prior to working for Littler, Corinne worked for a mid-sized labor and employment firm specializing in school law.
