Cameron S. Pierce has litigated on behalf of management in connection with numerous types of employment and labor disputes, including claims based upon:

  • The Americans with Disabilities Act
  • The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
  • The National Labor Relations Act
  • State statutes

In his counseling practice, Cameron frequently advises employers on effective personnel policies, employee discipline, non-compete issues, wage and hour compliance and drug and alcohol testing.

Additionally, Cameron has given speeches and presentations on a range of topics, including:

  • Minimizing the risk of union organizing
  • Alternative dispute resolution
  • Effective hiring and supervision

He serves as the office managing shareholder in Atlanta.
