Overview

Bryan Brum advises and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment law matters.

Prior to joining Littler, Bryan was with a multinational shipping and receiving and supply chain management company for more than 30 years, including 26 years as an associate general counsel in the company’s labor and employment group. His responsibilities included legal support for human resources, labor and operations in the areas of paid leave, employee benefits (health and welfare), compensation, ERISA severance plans and executive severance agreements, and tax aspects of settlements and judgments. Bryan previously was a tax manager in their state and local and federal tax groups, where he was responsible for tax compliance, tax research and planning, and audit support. 

Previously, Bryan practiced as a CPA and worked in the tax division of Arthur Andersen’s Atlanta office.
