Kaya Räuker brings a positive mindset to her labor and employment law work. She particularly enjoys taking on challenges in employment protection law, co-determination and works constitution law, and in litigation. Kaya meets her clients' challenges with a mixture of structure and openness. She finds sustainable long-term solutions through integrative dialogue and creative improvisation.
She previously was a lawyer in an employment law boutique in Hamburg for five years.
Kaya is a certified specialist in labour law, has completed additional training as a mediator, and served as a legal clerk at the Berlin Court of Appeal with stations at the Berlin State Anti-Discrimination Agency and the Schaubühne am Lehniner Platz. She also spent a semester abroad at the Universidad de Granada, Spain, while studying law.
