Overview

Glorimar Irene Abel possesses vast knowledge and experience in appellate practice and in both civil and commercial complex litigation.

Immediately after law school, Glorimar served as a law clerk for the Central Research Panel at the Puerto Rico Supreme Court after concluding a clerkship for the Hon. Judge Nereida Cortés González of the Puerto Rico Court of Appeals.

While attending law school, Glorimar also interned for the Hon. Judge Erick Kolthoff Caraballo, Associate Justice of the Puerto Rico Supreme Court. During her last year of law school, Glorimar won first prize at the XXIV Miguel Velázquez National Debate Competition. She was also a member of the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico's Law Review and during her last year in law school she served as the Editor-in-Chief for the 52nd Volume of the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico Law Review. She completed a Study Abroad Program at University of Oxford, School of Law in conjunction with the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, School of Law, in 2017.
