Overview

Martina Schlamp is a labor law attorney with a focus on global mobility. She advises clients on all forms of employment law with an international dimension, including the immigration of skilled workers, as well as on related social security and residence law matters. 

Previously, Martina was a partner at ADVANT Beiten in Munich, assistant professor (Akademische Rätin) at the Katholische Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, a research associate (Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin) at the Forschungsinstitut für Automobilrecht GmbH in Ingolstadt, and editor of the journal RAW – Recht Automobil Wirtschaft. She has been editor of the journal SPA - Schnellinformation für Personalmanagement und Arbeitsrecht since 2021.

She has completed a doctoral thesis on “The Remuneration of Works Councils,” a legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich with placements in Munich and Miami, and a semester abroad at the Université de Caen, France.

Martina conducts training in employment law for managers at the Center Manager and Technical Manager College at ECE Group Services GmbH & Co. KG, as well as training of HR department employees on all relevant topics of individual employment law.
