The Baby Boomer (1946-1964) and Millennial (1981-2000) generations comprise the largest portion of our current workforce. As Boomers leave the workforce, the Millennial generation, and its values, will increasingly dominate the workplace and take on business leadership roles.

The panel of legal and human resources experts will explore the myths and realities about these book-end generations, with a particular focus on how gender interplays with generational experiences and attitudes.

The discussion will focus on how each generation and genders within them view opportunity for career growth, compensation, recognition, promotions, supervisor support, flexibility, work environment, and job security, and how these views impact hiring and retention practices.
