Beginning on January 1, 2013, California will require employers compensating employees with commission wages to have signed commission agreements with those employees. This webinar will explain why there's no time like the present to start preparing your commission agreement. Drafting the agreement requires the coordination of your sales, finance and payroll departments. Rolling out the agreement will require communication and document retention planning. And accurate reporting of commission wages may require modification of your pay stubs.
