Jamie U. Cheng’s practice focuses on representing and counseling employers in a variety of labor and employment litigation matters. He has experience representing clients at all stages of litigation in federal and state courts.
Prior to joining Littler, Jamie worked as a litigation associate at an AmLaw 100 labor and employment firm in Sacramento, handling all aspects of employment law litigation and routinely advising employers on litigation prevention. Before law school, Jamie worked as a salesfloor and logistics manager for a major retail chain, which allowed him to understand the business interests of employers firsthand.
In law school, Jamie served as a senior articles editor for the UC Davis Business Law Journal, as well as president of the King Hall Korean American Law Student Association. He spent his summers externing at the City Attorney’s Office for the City of Newport Beach, as well as an AmLaw 100 labor and employment firm.
