With more than 20 years of experience in corporate, general business, patent, trademark, and employment litigation for Fortune 100 companies, public entities, and small, independently-owned local organizations and nonprofits, Allison is adept at coupling sound legal advice with practical solutions to fit her clients’ needs.

Allison has experience serving as counsel in-house, in government, and in private practice. Her broad background allows her to fashion solutions to common and uncommon problems facing employers today. Allison defends employers against claims involving discrimination and harassment and wage and hour compliance, including defending claims brought under the California Private Attorneys General Act.

Allison also represents employers in whistleblower lawsuits and has conducted high-profile workplace investigations involving members of the C-suite and other executives.

She has experience litigating before federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration and before administrative agencies. Allison also directly advises C-suites, in-house legal counsel, and human resources departments of multinational corporations, healthcare systems, nonprofits, and public entities on a wide-range of employment matters, including terminations and discipline, policy drafting, hiring and retention, layoffs, and downsizing and works closely with clients to ensure their goals and objectives are met as efficiently as possible.
