Rebecca Goldstein represents employers in state and federal courts as well as administrative proceedings in a broad range of employment matters, including retaliation, discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations. She has experience representing and counseling employers across various industries, and has handled complex e-discovery obligations and negotiated favorable settlements for clients.
Rebecca has counseled clients and litigated Title II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) claims, and counseled clients on reasonable accommodations and the interactive process. Rebecca has also represented employers in matters involving claims of whistleblower retaliation. Additionally, Rebecca has conducted internal investigations for clients in various industries. She has also assisted in preparing personnel policies, procedures, and handbooks.
