Littler X-celerator™ offers essential employment document guidance for California emerging and small businesses

As the newest addition to the firm’s suite of legal products, Littler X-celerator packages Littler’s deep knowledge of the employee work cycle into an online platform that provides employers with the tools and information they need to comply with California state and federal employment laws.

Furthermore, the sophisticated technology provides guidance on which legal documents to use and alerts users to when they may want to seek additional information from a Littler lawyer. It also houses an online resource center with guides addressing hot button topics in California such as wage and hour laws, discrimination and harassment laws, and poster and training requirements, among others. Checklists are also available for employers to keep track of the documents required by law for each employee.
