ROCHESTER, New York (September 24, 2019) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Mark Detwiler to its Rochester office. He joins the firm as an associate after spending five years at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Human Resources Division.

During his time in the Human Resources Division, Detwiler served as labor counsel representing the commonwealth in litigation, including grievance arbitration, unfair labor practice charges and discrimination claims. He advised management on compliance with several relevant statutes, regulations and policies and investigated claims of workplace sexual harassment. During law school, he served as a judicial law clerk for the New York State Supreme Court, Erie County.
Detwiler received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Buffalo School of Law and his B.S. from Cornell University.
