Zack G. Sharpe, IV represents and advises management in all aspects of labor and employment law before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

He has experience defending employers in connection with disputes involving claims of:

Zack has handled matters related to ADEA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, and other federal, state, and local antidiscrimination laws.

Zack also has extensive experience advising employers on workplace policies, and in drafting and revising employer handbooks.
