Overview

Zack Duffly focuses his practice on labor and employment law matters.

Prior to joining Littler, Zack was an attorney at the nonprofit Portland Civil Rights Law Office, where he worked on a wide variety of issues, from employment discrimination to fair housing and police misconduct. Previously, Zack served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Michael H. Simon, of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, and the Hon. Lynn R. Nakamoto, then of the Oregon State Court of Appeals. Prior to clerking, he received a grant from the Initiative for Public Interest Law at Yale to serve as the Health Care Access and Advocacy fellow at Disability Rights Advocates, a nationally prominent civil rights law firm.

While in law school, Zack had the opportunity to volunteer or work with the Legal Aid Society-Employment Law Center’s Worker’s Rights Clinic, the Drug Policy Alliance Office of Legal Affairs, and the East Bay Community Law Center (Income Support Unit).
