Overview

William Sperling has experience in employment matters from the litigation side and in-house side, as well as from executive management's viewpoint. Will's approach is to focus on problem solving from both the legal and strategic perspective with the client’s operational needs in mind.  

Prior to joining Littler, Will spent 16 years as in-house counsel for a mid-size nonprofit providing education services, including the last four years as CEO.
