William J. Kim represents employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), and the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries.

Prior to joining Littler, William was a trial attorney representing employees in all aspects of employment litigation. William brings his insights from his plaintiffs’ work in providing advice, counsel and representation to employers.

Previously, William helped develop case management and electronic case filing software for the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts.
