A trusted advisor in the labor and employment sector, Whitney L. Fay regularly counsels local, national, and international employers on a broad range of workplace matters and in litigation, including clients in a wide variety of industries and jurisdictions. Whitney is experienced in all aspects of litigation from the administrative proceeding phase through post-trial appeal, and has taken a number of cases to trial (both bench and jury trials). Her experience also includes general advice and counseling on day-to-day personnel matters and conducting impartial investigations into employee complaints.

Prior to joining Littler, Whitney served in the Missouri Attorney General’s Office, where she counseled clients across multiple industries and worked closely with government agencies at the federal, state, and local levels. In addition, Whitney previously clerked for the Hon. Mark D. Pfeiffer and the Hon. A. Rex Gabbert at the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District.
