Tracy R. Williams represents and advises employers in employment and class action litigation in matters involving:

  • Discrimination and harassment
  • Retaliation
  • Wage and hour
  • Wrongful termination
  • Intentional torts

She also routinely counsels clients on employee drug testing issues, human resources issues, legal compliance and litigation avoidance.

Prior to joining Littler, Tracy practiced at a general civil litigation firm. During law school, she served as a literary citations editor on the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Journal, and obtained her certificate in dispute resolution from the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution. She was a judicial extern for the Hon. Amy M. Pellman of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
