Tony W. Torain, II represents management in traditional labor law matters, including collective bargaining, unfair labor practice charges, potential strikes, representation elections and arbitration proceedings.

He also represents and advises management in employment law matters involving:

  • Harassment and discrimination
  • Workplace investigations
  • Wage and hour issues
  • Workplace safety
  • OFCCP affirmative action plans
  • Employment-related contracts

Prior to joining Littler, Tony was a labor and employment associate at a leading Mid-Atlantic law firm, where he represented clients in labor and employment matters.
