Overview

Tommy Postek focuses his practice on labor and employment issues.

Prior to joining Littler, he served as a clerk for Judge Edward Bronfin in the Denver District Court and as a fellow for Judge Laura Tighe. In these positions, he handled a variety of cases including civil, criminal and domestic matters.

Born and raised in Sweden, Tommy came to the United States in 2010 with aspirations of becoming a lawyer. In law school, Tommy served as article editor for the Notre Dame Journal of International & Comparative Law, as well as treasurer for the International Law Society.
