Overview

Todd M. Reed has extensive experience defending large employers against their national portfolios of employment lawsuits, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, defamation and wrongful termination. He also represents national employers in wage and hour disputes, and claims related to employee benefits, leaves of absence and disability accommodation. In addition to his busy litigation practice, Todd provides advice and counsel with respect to all aspects of the employment relationship to clients across a range of industries, including financial services, retail and consumer products. Todd also defends governmental entities and officials against constitutional and civil rights claims.
