Tina Sundar advises and represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies and in arbitration. Tina represents her clients in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. Her practice also includes assisting employers and their management personnel with a variety of day-to-day legal issues, including updating and/or ensuring compliance of employment policies and handbooks, employment termination issues, confidentiality and non-compete issues, the interactive process, proper classification of employees, and employee or supervisor training.
Prior to joining Littler, Tina practiced at an insurance coverage firm in San Francisco representing primary and excess insurers in complex coverage disputes. Tina also worked at a large international law firm in San Francisco where she practiced financial services litigation.
During law school, Tina was president of the South Asian Law Students Association and was a comment and note editor for the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement.
