Surbhi Garg represents clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Colorado Civil Rights Division, the National Labor Relations Board, the Department of Labor, and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance. She has experience in all stages of litigation in both state and federal court, including appeals.
Surbhi conducts training sessions on sexual harassment and all aspects of discrimination. She drafts employee handbooks and employment-related policies and procedures. She also provides consulting services on employment related matters and is skilled at understanding her clients’ businesses and specific needs. She has helped clients through mergers, layoffs, restructuring, board changes, and cultural shifts.
Surbhi has worked with all types of clients, from small private clients and recent public startups to large nonprofits and Fortune 500 companies, in a variety of industries such as retail, service, technology, construction, local government and military. She has also worked as an in-house attorney, on secondment, for numerous clients and is well versed in balancing practical business needs with legal responsibilities.
