Stephanie A. Chavez focuses her practice on labor and employment law matters. Stephanie has experience representing employers in all aspects of claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, retaliatory discharge, state law claims for breach of contract, and negligence in both federal and state court. She also has experience defending EEOC and state agency charges. 

A graduate of the Frank Evans Mediation Center, Stephanie is a Certified Mediator.
