Stanley R. Foreman Jr. is an experienced litigator in both state and federal court. Stan represents and advises employers in all aspects and stages of employment litigation, arbitration and mediation, including claims based on:

Stan also has extensive knowledge of garnishments. He assists clients in complex garnishment litigation around the country. 

Before joining Littler, Stan was an associate at a national firm in its litigation practice group. Prior to becoming an attorney, Stan spent seven years in the dental industry as an executive with a major dental management organization.
