Shirley W. Bi focuses her practice on representing management in labor and employment matters.

Prior to joining Littler, Shirley spent three years as an assistant corporation counsel in the Labor and Employment Division of the New York City Law Department. She defended the City of New York and its agencies in federal and state employment litigation, and provided advice and counsel to clients to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, as well as federal, state and local employment and labor law regulations.

Shirley was an articles editor of the Cardozo Law Review at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and participated in the law school’s New York City Law Department Juvenile Delinquency Field Clinic and the Federal Criminal Prosecution Field Clinic.
