Overview

Sheerin Mehdian represents employers in a broad range of employment-related disputes before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

Before joining Littler, she interned for the Hon. Charles E. Pazar and the Hon. Rebecca L. Holt at the Memphis Immigration Court, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, as well as the Hon. Tu M. Pham in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. During law school, Sheerin was a student attorney for the University of Memphis Elder Health Law Advocacy Legal Clinic in 2015, and was a notes editor for The University of Memphis Law Review.
