Sharon B. Bowler handles a broad range of employment matters for corporate clients of all sizes. She has experience with policy development and implementation, handbook drafting, compliance reviews, and employee investigations. She works closely with client human resources staff to address compliance concerns and to create guidelines on a wide range of topics. 

Prior to joining Littler, Sharon served as in-house counsel in the employment department of a global Fortune 10 company. She was previously in private practice.
