Sean Malley represents and counsels employers in a wide range of employment matters with a focus on employment discrimination, federal and state wage and hour laws, and whistleblowing and retaliation.
He has handled issues arising under:
- Title VII of the Civil Rights Act
- The Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA)
- The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- The Equal Pay Act
- New York State and City Human Rights Laws
Prior to entering private practice, Sean served as law clerk to the Hon. Denis R. Hurley and the Hon. Lois Bloom, both of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Sean also practiced in a national litigation boutique firm before joining Littler.
