Saniya Khare represents and counsels clients in all aspects and stages of employment litigation, arbitration and a variety of traditional labor matters.
Prior to joining Littler, Saniya was a labor and employment associate at one of the nation’s largest health care law firms.
During law school, she clerked for a large health system and competed on University of Illinois’ College of Law ABA negotiation team. In addition, Saniya also spent time externing at the Salvation Army’s legal aid clinic and clerking at a large regional firm headquartered in Detroit.
Saniya has experience in preparing for arbitration hearings, brief writing, and assisting with complex research matters.
