Samantha Beltre represents employers in a wide variety of employment litigation matters including disability, harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, whistleblower retaliation, and wage and hour, in both state and federal courts.
Samantha also represents employers in matters before various government agencies including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State Division of Human Rights, and New York City Commission on Human Rights with respect to charges of employment discrimination.
Prior to joining Littler, Samantha was Counsel at a large international law firm in New York where she was a member of the firm's Labor and Employment Department for over 12 years.
During law school, she was a member of the Fordham Law Review.
