Overview

Ryan D. Freeman advises and represents employers in all areas of traditional labor and employment law. On the traditional labor side, Ryan has responded to unfair labor practice charges, guided clients through representation elections, and provided advice and counsel regarding issues of contractual interpretation.  He has also assisted clients with a number of grievance arbitrations. In the employment realm, Ryan has assisted clients in all phases of litigation, including multiple trials in federal court. He has also secured injunctions in Texas state court on unfair competition disputes, trade secret protection, and threatened workplace violence.

During law school, Ryan interned for the Hon. David R. Strawbridge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and clerked at a small law firm in Philadelphia. He was a staff member and research editor for the Temple Law Review and was an academic counselor for the Academic Core Enrichment Program.
