Rogelio Alanis Robles' experience in labor matters spans over seven years, in which he has advised domestic and international companies doing business in Mexico. He has participated as a speaker in several seminars and lectures regarding Mexican labor and employment matters in Mexico and the United States.

Rogelio specializes in immigration, personal data privacy and harassment claims in the workplace. He is fluent in Spanish and English.

He previously worked at the General Consulate of Mexico in Dallas, Texas, where he assisted in labor, immigration, criminal and human rights matters.

Prior to joining Littler Mexico, he was a law clerk at another law firm in Mexico. Rogelio interned at a corporate law and intellectual property law firm.
