Overview

Robert K. Young represents and counsels employers in a broad range of employment matters arising under federal and state law.

Prior to joining Littler, Rob practiced at a midsized national firm in Atlanta. He has experience defending employers in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff and class action discrimination cases, as well as wage and hour claims under the FLSA. Rob also advises employers on a wide variety of employment law issues.

During law school, Rob served as the executive symposium editor for the 31st Volume of the Emory International Law Review. While at Emory, he externed for the Hon. Judge Vincent Hill of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Hearings Unit and the Hon. Judge Wendy L. Shoob of the Superior Court of Fulton County. Rob also worked in the Employment Litigation Section of the U.S. Department of Justice.
