Rina Bersohn focuses her practice on representing management in all areas of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations.

She represents employers in federal and state courts as well as before federal, state, and local administrative agencies such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the New York City Commission on Human Rights. Rina has also represented broker-dealers and registered representatives in FINRA securities arbitrations involving investor claims and intra-industry employment disputes.
