Richard Harvey is a partner at Littler and co-leads the firm's international practice from the London office. He has focused on employment law for over 18 years, advising multinational companies on their UK and global HR requirements. Richard is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), the American Bar Association (ABA) and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA). He is a frequent speaker on international employment law matters at the IBA, ACC, and Littler’s Executive Employer and European Employer Conference.
Richard has been rated in Chambers & Partners as a leading individual and included in “Who’s Who Legal 2019” as one of the world’s leading employment lawyers. In Legal 500 (for 2020) he has been described by clients as "an inclusive manager who wants to develop and upskill his team" and by others as "experienced and providing expert advice."
Before joining Littler, Richard was a senior lawyer at international law firm Clyde & Co. He also held in-house employment counsel roles at Paramount Pictures and Tata Consultancy Services before founding his own boutique employment law firm (Camfords LLP) which was then acquired by Littler in 2016.
