Overview

Rebecca L. Loeffler is an experienced trial litigator who has represented employers in state and federal courts, as well as before arbitrators and administrative boards.

As a former State Deputy Attorney General, she obtained unique perspective and experience into the state administrative process including judicial reviews of final agency decisions, wage actions, and labor department whistleblower litigation.

Rebecca has conducted collective bargaining on behalf of both private and public sector employers, as well as provided advice and counsel during the grievance process through to representation at arbitration.
