Overview

Pierre Chwang focuses his practice on labor and employment matters.

In the courtroom, Pierre has independently handled multiple appeals, including successfully appearing and arguing before the N.J. Appellate Division and the N.J. Supreme Court in a matter of first impression.

Prior to joining Littler, Pierre was a commercial litigator at one of the largest law firms in New Jersey, where he handled a broad variety of lawsuits, including breach of restrictive covenant suits, shareholder disputes, unfair competition/trade secrets matters, construction defects, breach of contract matters, and defamation suits.

Pierre previously served as general equity clerk to the Hon. Margaret Goodzeit, P.J. Ch., in Somerset County, where he analyzed case law and drafted statements of reasons in response to orders to show cause filed in employment matters.
