Paul A. Testa advises management in preventative employment and labor matters and litigates claims based on all aspects of employment relationships. He has specific and extensive experience with:

  • Title VII
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act
  • The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
  • The Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act
  • Discrimination and harassment issues

He has argued many motions and drafted numerous pleadings in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Connecticut Department of Labor, and the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.

Additionally, Paul helps clients draft employee handbooks, personnel policies and employee settlement agreements. He also researches legal issues and provides advice and counseling.

Prior to working at Littler Mendelson, Paul was an associate at another labor and employment firm.
