Patricia K. Provencher advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment matters, with an emphasis on workers’ compensation defense in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Patti is involved in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation, including conducting depositions, appearing at administrative conferences and trials, and drafting appellate briefs. 

Before joining Littler, Patti worked for a boutique law firm in Minneapolis concentrating in workers’ compensation defense. During law school, she was a law clerk in the employment and labor division of the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office and was a judicial extern for the Hon. Richard H. Kyle of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.

Prior to pursuing her law degree, Patti worked in human resources at a Fortune 500 corporation headquartered in the Twin Cities.
