Overview

Nicole Ladner counsels and advises management on labor and employment law issues, concentrating on compliance matters and litigation.

Prior to joining Littler, Nicole worked at a law firm where she represented corporate and institutional clients in various areas of civil litigation, including employment law, business and commercial law, insurance law, medical malpractice defense, and product liability.

During law school, she clerked at a local law firm and interned for Wake County District Court Judge Christine Walczyk. Nicole was a staff editor of UNC School of Law’s First Amendment Law Review and a pro bono chair of the Black Law Students Association. She performed over 150 hours of pro bono work.
