Neil C. Baker advises and represents management in a wide variety of labor and employment matters, with a focus on litigation in the federal and state courts as well as administrative agencies.

Before joining Littler, Neil clerked for the Hon. Gregory K. Orme on the Utah Court of Appeals. In law school, he served as a managing editor on the Indiana Law Journal.
