Nasim S. Tourkaman

Nasim S. Tourkaman focuses her employment litigation practice on the representation of employers and management in state and federal courts. She defends various employment law claims ranging from discrimination and harassment, to wrongful termination and retaliation. Nasim also represents employers before various administrative agencies, such as the EEOC, DFEH, and DLSE. 

Nasim previously worked as associate attorney in the Irvine office of a national labor and employment law firm.
