Michele A. Ramos represents employers in labor and employment related disputes in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Michele’s practice includes defending claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, unlawful harassment and hostile work environment claims.
As a complement to her litigation practice, Michele counsels management and human resources personnel on a myriad of day-to-day employment-related issues, including workplace accommodations, FMLA compliance, performance management/discipline, terminations and employment best practices.
Michele also assists employers in developing and implementing employment policies and programs in accordance with state and federal employment laws.
Prior to joining Littler, Michele practiced management-side employment litigation at an Am Law 200 firm.
