Michael R. Romeo’s practice focuses on class action, discrimination, and benefit plan litigation. Michael also has experience in appellate litigation in both state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Littler, Michael clerked for Justice Sallie Updyke Mundy of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He also worked as an associate attorney at a boutique commercial litigation law firm where his practice focused on representing business entities, shareholders, and corporate officers in contract disputes and indemnification proceedings. Additionally, Michael practiced alongside senior attorneys in administrative proceedings before the Pennsylvania Utility Commission.

During law school, Michael worked as a summer associate at a prominent regional law firm in New York State where he gained experience in commercial litigation and real estate matters. He also served as a certified legal intern in the Interdisciplinary Mental and Physical Health Law Clinic, where he represented low-income clients in administrative social security proceedings. Michael served as managing editor of outside articles for Villanova’s Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal, and published three articles in various law journals prior to graduation.
