Melissa A. Logan advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment matters, including single-plaintiff and class action matters involving discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. She also advises clients on day-to-day employment issues involving compliance with various state and federal employment laws.
Prior to joining Littler, Melissa was an associate at a global law firm in Chicago where she represented employers in single-plaintiff and class and collective actions before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. She also advised multinational corporations on global employment law and employment issues arising out of cross-border transactions.
While in law school, she served as the editor-in-chief of the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality, was an active member of the Black Law Students Association, and worked as a judicial extern for the Hon. Ann Claire Williams of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
